Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and access to required accounts or systems needed to deliver contracted services. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Payments & Packages
Service packages and pricing referenced on our website are indicative starting points. Final scope, payment terms, and billing schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins. Monthly retainers (SEO, social media) renew on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website files, published content). The Solutions 360 retains rights to its own methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing tools used to deliver the work.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While we apply structured, strategy-led methodologies, search rankings, social growth, and conversion outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Solutions 360’s liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
